Puerto Portals, Mallorca – On April 10th and 11th, the exclusive Pink Panthers Collectors Club in the luxury marina of Puerto Portals will become the setting for a very special vernissage. In a fascinating juxtaposition, the iconic works of pop art legend Andy Warhol meet the innovative, multidimensional photographic art of German artist Adrian Bedoy. At the heart of this curated exhibition lies a powerful, universal motif: the sun.
-
The German artist, photographer, and perspectivist Adrian Bedoy presents nature-inspired, floral works that physically expand the medium of photography and demonstrate a deep connection to the exhibition venue. For these pieces, Bedoy photographed the unmistakable Mallorcan sky and the intense sun at countless different times directly on the island. Bedoy processes these captured moments in his large-format works through an elaborate, handcrafted process across three independent layers of glass. This unique technique creates a true multidimensionality that goes far beyond the classic flat image. The viewer experiences the sky, the aura, and the sun itself immersively—the perspective and depth of the artwork change with every step and viewing angle. It is an invitation to rediscover spaces and question one's own perception. His artworks, which often weigh up to 28 kilograms, fuse highly precise technique with emotional shifts in perspective.
Pop Art Meets Glass Photography: The Parallel to Andy Warhol
The exhibition draws a brilliant parallel between two entirely different eras and techniques. While Andy Warhol depicted the sun and light through the serial, vibrantly colored lens of pop art, Bedoy captures the Mallorcan sun as a strictly one-of-a-kind piece in his glass compositions. Both artists encapsulate the elemental power of nature in their own unmistakable visual language—Warhol bold and style-defining, Bedoy profound, floral, and tangibly three-dimensional.
-
Adrian Bedoy, best known for his steadily growing series #throughgermaneyes, has firmly established himself in the international art scene over the past few years. His works have already been exhibited in major institutions and galleries worldwide. Some of the most notable milestones of his career to date include:
The National Art Gallery in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Espace 22 in Monaco
The State Parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia in Düsseldorf
The Bundesbank Bunker Museum in Cochem
Exhibitions in Hong Kong, Hamburg, and renowned galleries such as Galerie Loeser and Troner Art Consulting.
With his approach that unites photography and object art, Bedoy creates works that do not merely depict, but actively define spaces.

Where Art Meets Absolute Exclusivity
Behind this extraordinary vernissage are gallerists Yvonne Struzek and Felix Wille. With their Pink Panthers Collectors Club in Puerto Portals, they have created a concept store in a class of its own, celebrating the seamless transition between high-end lifestyle, rare fashion, and high-caliber art.
Struzek and Wille do not present ordinary objects in their space; rather, they consistently curate true one-of-a-kind pieces and absolute rarities. The club is a premier destination for collectors seeking the extraordinary—from limited-edition luxury designs and vintage classics to works by top international artists. By bringing together Warhol's historical relevance and Bedoy's innovative layered photography, the two gallerists once again demonstrate their keen intuition for unique collector's items that dissolve the boundaries between art and design.
